Refund Policy

You preview your generated images before paying. This policy explains when a one-time digital purchase may still qualify for a refund.

1. Free preview before purchase

ShopPhoto AI lets you review watermarked previews before checkout. Payment unlocks the corresponding high-resolution files shown in that preview set. Please inspect product shape, colour, labels, logos, and text before purchasing.

2. When we generally offer a refund

Contact us if any of the following applies:

  • you were charged more than once for the same image set;
  • payment completed but the high-resolution files were not unlocked or delivered;
  • the delivered files are corrupted or materially different from the paid preview;
  • a technical failure prevents download and we cannot restore access; or
  • applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable refund or cancellation right.

3. Change-of-mind requests

Because the product is personalised digital content generated from your uploaded image and previewed before payment, we generally do not refund a change of mind after high-resolution delivery or download has begun. This does not limit mandatory rights for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@shopphotoai.com within 14 days of purchase when possible. Include:

  • the email address used at checkout;
  • your order or receipt number;
  • a short description of the issue; and
  • a screenshot or affected file when relevant.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days. More time may be needed to verify delivery or payment records.

5. Processing through Creem

Creem acts as merchant of record for purchases and processes approved refunds, taxes, payment reversals, and chargebacks. Refund timing depends on Creem, the payment method, and your financial institution. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

6. Digital-content withdrawal rights

In some countries, consumers have a cancellation period for online purchases. For immediate digital delivery, the law may allow that right to end after you expressly request delivery to begin and acknowledge the consequence. Any rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before starting a chargeback. We can often resolve duplicate charges, missing downloads, or access problems more quickly. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to restricted access and evidence being provided to Creem or the payment network.
