1. Use content you have the right to process

Upload only product images you own or are authorised to use. Do not upload another person’s private image, confidential material, copyrighted work, trademark, or branded product for a misleading or unauthorised purpose.

2. Prohibited content and purposes

You may not use the service to create, promote, or facilitate:

• illegal products, services, transactions, or instructions;
• sexual content, exploitation, or any content involving minors;
• harassment, hate, threats, graphic violence, or self-harm encouragement;
• fraud, impersonation, counterfeit goods, deceptive listings, or false endorsements;
• privacy violations, non-consensual imagery, or sensitive personal-data exploitation;
• weapons, controlled substances, regulated financial schemes, or other prohibited commerce;
• malware, phishing, credential theft, or attempts to compromise systems; or
• content that infringes intellectual-property, publicity, or consumer-protection rights.

3. Product-listing integrity

Generated scenes must not materially misrepresent the item being sold. Review the output for altered dimensions, colours, materials, logos, labels, quantities, accessories, and included items. You are responsible for disclosures required by Etsy, Amazon, social platforms, ad networks, or other marketplaces where the image is used.

4. Platform and technical abuse

You may not:

• bypass usage, payment, moderation, or security controls;
• automate excessive requests, scrape protected content, or overload the service;
• probe for vulnerabilities or access another user’s images, orders, or recovery links;
• remove watermarks from unpaid previews; or
• resell access to the service without written permission.

5. Enforcement

We may use automated and manual moderation, reject uploads, limit generation, remove content, preserve evidence, or suspend access when reasonably necessary. Serious or repeated misuse may be reported to service providers or authorities where required by law.
