We keep browser storage minimal and load optional analytics only after you choose to allow it.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, can remember information on your device without sending it with every web request. This policy uses “cookies” to describe both where appropriate.
2. What we currently use

We do not use personalisation, advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking cookies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity remain disabled until you opt in. Strictly necessary storage cannot be switched off because it is required to provide the action you request.
3. Your settings
You can allow, reject, or later withdraw optional analytics consent at any time. Rejecting analytics does not affect uploads, previews, checkout, payment, or downloads.
4. Browser controls
Most browsers let you delete or block cookies and local storage. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent checkout, security, or recovery features from working. Third-party checkout storage is managed through the browser controls and policies applicable to Creem.
5. Analytics providers
When you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand aggregate page visits and steps in the product journey, such as upload, generation, checkout, and download. We keep advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation disabled. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and privacy-masked session replay so we can understand navigation, clicks, scrolling, and usability problems. User-created images and sensitive product-flow areas are explicitly masked. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent.
